The Howie roll is somewhat legendary, and many who have smoked them now why. Purchasing the Lemon Pie, I anticipated strong Lemon Terps. The actual pre-roll was impressive with qualities that lifted it above the standard dispensary pre-roll. The absence of stems, seeds, and uneven chunks was noticed right away.
