Infused Spanish Fruit Salad | Cannabis Recipe

Cool down and medicate with this infused Spanish fruit salad with canna-oil and fresh herbs. I would enjoy this with some cured meats and cheeses as part of a lazy weekend breakfast or a Sunday picnic with friends. The natural sweetness and acidity of fresh fruit complements the typical earthy plant flavors of infused edibles. The raw terpenes from fresh herbs and summer fruits heighten the entourage effect already common of edibles, making this an optimal way to medicate this summer.


This recipe uses marijuana infused olive oil. Quality olive oil as a condiment with fruit is almost unknown, even though it is extremely popular throughout the mediterranean, from southern Spain to Israel. You can buy infused canna-oil or infuse your own, it’s an easy task if you follow the process.


The fruit in this recipe is up to you. Cut up any combination of the following:

  1. Strawberries

  2. Kiwis

  3. Pears

  4. Oranges

  5. Peaches

  6. Pineapple

  7. Pomegranate

Pick the freshest, best tasting fruit you can find. The same components that give flavor in fruit also give it nutrition. Tasty fruit is healthy fruit.  Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
