1 cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans 2 Tbsp of water or bean liquid 1 Tbsp Tahini (sesame paste) 1 Garlic clove – chopped Juice of half lemon 1 Tbsp Olive oil + extra to garnish Pinch of Salt Canna-Oil
Mix everything but the canna-oil in your blender. If the mix seems too dry to blend, add more water. Taste the mixture as you go and adjust the flavor with more tahini, lemon, oil, and/or water depending on your taste. Keep blending until you have a smooth consistency and a flavor that YOU appreciate. In my house, we like to use more tahini and lemon juice so that it is nutty and tangy. For a softer flavor, use water. Once you reach that perfect texture, test for salt.
