Infused Chocolate Chunk Cookies | Cannabis Recipe

These simple cookies use infused butter and/or the wonderful infused chocolate Halo Bar by Canna Confections – available at The Green Halo Dispensary. It’s much easier to infuse a treat like this with the Halo Bar than other medicated oils or butters, because you can easily set the dose. Always start slow with edibles, you don’t want to eat to much!

Ingredients

• ¾ cup packed brown sugar • ½ cup granulated sugar • ½ cup butter; medicated optional • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla • 1 egg • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon baking soda • ½ teaspoon salt • 1 Halo Chocolate bar; chopped • ½ cup nuts, seeds, peanut butter cups

Process

1. Preheat oven to 375°

2. In a bowl, combine sugar & butter until fluffy.

3. Add vanilla and egg, blend well.

4. Sift flour, baking soda, salt into a bowl, mix well.

5. Stir in chocolate chunks and other toppings.

6. Bake at 375° oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

7. Cool for 1 minute before removing from the tray.

8. Rest on a cooling rack until cool.
