THC-Infused Chocolate Fudge

As the weather starts cooling off moving into November, things start getting mighty busy. You’ll be looking through your recipes for an easy recipe to use as your go-to for various get togethers and holiday parties. This month's recipe is quick, easy peasy, and it’s only three ingredients: walnut fudge. This fudge is smooth and creamy and the walnut adds that perfect crunch. For this recipe, I used Canna Confections chocolate bars. They offer medical and recreational doses, so these can be made low dose or high dose. It comes as a 100mg bar or a 500 mg bar; it also comes in white, milk, or dark chocolate, depending on your mood. So stop by your favorite dispensary and ask for a few bars… some for you, some for the recipe! You’ll really enjoy making the most out of your meds with this tasty treat.

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Tools to make this recipe: measuring cups/spoons, scale, small & large metal bowl, 2 loaf pans, saucepan, rubber spatula, knife, cutting board.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Bittersweet Chocolate, Ghirardelli

  • 2 oz CannaConfections Chocolate Bar, 100mg THC

  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 3 oz Walnuts, toasted, chopped


Instructions

The medication. Think about how medicated you want your fudge to be. This recipe can be medicated as low as 1.5mg per piece, using only 1 chocolate bar or up to 71mg per piece, replacing all the chocolate with Canna Confections chocolate bars. Make sure to write everything down and calculate how much medication you’ll have in your recipe. Plan accordingly and let your guests know what dosage they’re in for!

The process. Measure all of your ingredients. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, mix in the condensed milk until it is fully mixed. Next fold in the walnuts. Pour evenly into 2 loaf pans, and put in fridge until set, either overnight or if you’re pushing it on timing, it’ll need a few hours in the fridge. Once set, cut into 1”x1” squares. Garnish with powdered sugar.

Notes:

Dairy-Free: Use Non-dairy Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk. You’ll need to purchase 2 cans.
