So let’s talk about two things you can do today to improve your mood naturally.

Your body needs raw materials to make neurotransmitters, and that starts with nutrients. B-complex vitamins, magnesium, and amino acids like tryptophan are crucial. These nutrients help convert tryptophan into serotonin—the neurotransmitter that stabilizes mood.
