Roasted Jalapeño Mayo | Cannabis Recipe

This recipe for roasted jalapeño mayo was shared with me by a friend of mine from Queretaro, Mexico. It works great as a dip for tortilla chips, as a sauce to accompany grilled fish and chicken, and is a beautiful alternative for plain mayonnaise on burgers and sandwiches.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Mayonnaise (recipe) • Juice and zest of 1 Lemon • Black pepper • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Canna Oil • 3 Jalapeños, whole • 1/2 Onion, sliced in large chunks • 2 Garlic cloves, whole, peeled • Handful of Cilantro • Salt to taste (add after mixing)

Directions:

  1. Fry the Jalapeños, onions, and garlic individually until they look evenly toasted – but not burned (you can also roast in the oven)

  2. Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth

  3. Taste for salt and adjust if necessary
