MOROCCO LEGALIZES MEDICAL CANNABIS
Morocco is known to many as the mecca of hashish. Currently, Morocco’s black market supplies much of Europe with high quality hash that is usually trafficked through Spain. The Moroccan government has decided to embrace this economic force rather than continue to fight against it. Black market producers, naturally, are against legalization as tax dollars generated by legal sales will help the government begin to regulate and eventually crack down on any illegal production or exportation of cannabis through the Mediteranean region.
