Infused Chocolate Chip Cookies | Cannabis Recipe

These Infused Chocolate Chip Cookies are tasty and potent.


9 oz cannabutter 7 oz brown sugar 7 oz granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla 16 oz flour 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda 9 oz choc chips


1. Cream the butter and sugar together (see Baking Tip below) 2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well each time 3. Add vanilla 4. Slowly mix in flour and baking soda just until combined, don’t over mix! 5. Fold in the chocolate chips 6. Scoop out cookies onto a baking sheet 7. Bake for about 12 minutes for a soft gooey center!

You can mix it up and add white & dark chocolate chips or toffee pieces to change up your recipe, even add nuts if you’d like!

Baking Tip

Creaming the butter and sugar together will ensure that your cookies’ texture is light and consistent, resulting in a superior cookie. Use this technique for any cookie recipe.

1. Start with room temperature butter. 2. With a whisk or electric mixer, mix the sugar into the butter for 2-3 minutes. 3. The butter will take on a lighter color and the texture will become airy. You’re done!
